Summary:

RSA, a Dell Technologies business, is reminding all users of the scheduled End of Primary Support (EOPS) for RSA NetWitness Endpoint version 4.3, as well as all the derivative patches on November 30, 2018. No Extended Support will be offered for this version. Customers under current maintenance contracts can upgrade to the latest version of RSA NetWitness Endpoint 4.4.0.x .

 

Affected Products:

RSA NetWitness Endpoint version 4.3 and 4.3.0.x

 

Recommendation:

Customers who have deployed RSA NetWitness Endpoint version 4.3,

are encouraged to upgrade to the latest version of RSA NetWitness Endpoint 4.4.0.x.

 

Please contact your local RSA Sales Representative or RSA Customer Support if there are any questions or concerns with the upgrade. Full details and instructions for upgrading are provided in the upgrade documentation.

 

Recommended upgrade paths to the latest 4.4.0.x version is: 4.3.0.6 --> 4.4.0.x (latest)
