RSA is aware of an issue occurring today (June 22, 2018) in which customers are unable to register for an RSA Link account on the RSA Registration Portal.  ( This is a known issue and is being urgently investigated in order for the issue to be resolved as quickly as possible.


Users who are attempting to register for an RSA Link account are currently encountering an error message stating the following:  "We were unable to validate the information you provided. Please check your entries again and re-submit. If you continue to receive this error, please contact RSA Customer Support for assistance."
