IssueUser is experiencing an issue with the sorting feature for the userID values in the Access Management application with more than 30 pages.  The users were previously able to navigate to specific pages allowing for faster response to change requests but this is no longer possible.

At some point in time, the place where the page number is present in the Back Office / Access Management URL was shifted from the end of the string.  

The current location is highlighted in the example below:

Please Note: For a given RSA Adaptive Authentication environment, you will need to capture and modify the specific Back Office / Access Management  URL string  found in the address bar of your browser.  You can then change page number (p=##) to navigate more quickly through very large listings.
