The issue has been resolved and the Version Upgrades portal is once again functioning normally. RSA is aware of an issue that began occurring today (July 9, 2018) in which customers are unable to view their RSA products on the Version Upgrades portal (or via the Upgrades tab in the Case Management portal) and therefore are unable to access product downloads in those locations. This is a known issue and is being urgently investigated in order for the issue to be resolved as quickly as possible.
Users who attempt to access the Version Upgrades portal via one of the links above are able to access the page but only see an option to register new products but do not see any of their existing products.
