Service Interruption: Search Degradation on RSA Link

UPDATE: The issue has been narrowed down to only a small number of search terms and all other search functionality is working as expected. The residual issue is still under investigation.

RSA is aware of an issue that began occurring today (July 26, 2018) in which some users are not getting any results when performing searches via the Spotlight Search (magnifying glass icon) or the search bars throughout the website.


These users are also receiving an error message at the bottom of the screen stating the following:  "The content that you requested could not be displayed do to an error. You may have been logged out. If this problem persists please contact your system administrator."


The RSA Link administrators are working closely with the Lithium JX support team to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
