Service Interruption: Version Upgrades & Registration Portals on RSA Link

The issue has been resolved and the Registration Portal, Version Upgrades Portal and RSA Download Central are once again functioning normally.

RSA is aware of an issue that began occurring early this morning (August 8, 2018) in which users are unable to register for RSA Link accounts on the Registration Portal ( or access product downloads via the Version Upgrades portal ( or RSA Download Central. (


This is a known issue and is being urgently investigated in order for the issue to be resolved as quickly as possible.
