IssuePlease be advised that RSA has identified an issue with the NetWitness Live Update environment that is impacting access to smcupdate.emc.com. Customers who are running versions 10.6.x may be impacted. RSA is currently working on a resolution to this issue.

If planning on performing an update to any version within 10.6.x, and find that you are unable to use automatic updates within your Netwitness environment, please perform a manual upgrade per the version's upgrade instructions. These steps can be found within the upgrade document for the upgrade version in the Update Tasks section under Task 1.
