|Applies To||RSA Product Set: Identity Governance & Lifecycle|
RSA Version/Condition: 7.1.0, 7.0.2
|Issue||When selecting review criteria using users selection or contents of a review based on the value of an attribute using not equal to, does not contain or does not match; the filter fails to include records where the attribute value is null.|
For example, when selecting an Eentitlement where an attribute does not have a value true; the review is expected to show all entitlements including those with null values for the attribute. To accomplish this, not like comparator is used. The review fails to include records with null values for the attribute.
|Cause||This is a known issue in the following versions.|
|Resolution||This issue will be corrected in a future version of the product.|
|Workaround||By default, the review results selector does not correctly select data where the value of the attribute is null; but you can explicitly add a clause to detect this use case.|
To show the full results as intended, you can add an explicit condition to accommodate for null objects in the dataset; by adding a line for your attribute using the is null comparator.
For example, add a comparator that selects is null condition in addition to the does not match condition.
