TasksThe Purpose of this Article is to explain how to load the Deactivation Attribute and Reactivating Attribute in LDAP Configuration in Archer. This Article covers the steps to load the LDAP Attributes for the Deactivation and Reactivating Attributes when you are activating and deactivating the users in the LDAP configuration in Archer.
Resolution
  • When you configure the LDAP attributes in Archer, by default the attributes under the section “User Account Management”: “Deactivation” and “Reactivating “ may not load automatically, if you try to load the attributes it won’t load:

  • If you want to load the attributes, then you will need to go to the “Configuration” tab in the LDAP Configuration and under the “User Filter Mapping” click the on option “Get Attributes”

  • Once you have loaded the attributes, go back to the tab “Data Sync” option and then try to the load the attributes and you will notice it loads successfully
