Summary:

RSA, a Dell Technologies business, is reminding all users of the scheduled End of Primary Support (EOPS) for RSA NetWitness Platform version 11.0 as well as all the derivative patches on Jan 31, 2019. No Extended Support will be offered for this version. Customers under current maintenance contracts can update to the latest version of RSA NetWitness Platform 11.2.0.x.

 

Affected Products:

RSA NetWitness Platform versions 11.0 , 11.0.0.1, 11.0.0.2 & 11.0.0.3.

 

Recommendation:

Customers who have deployed RSA NetWitness Platform version 11.0, are encouraged to update to the latest version of RSA NetWitness Platform 11.2.0.x.

Recommended update paths to the latest 11.2.0.x version is:

11.0.0.x -> 11.2.0.x (latest)
