The issue has been resolved and search options are once again functioning normally.

RSA is aware of an issue that began today (8 October 2018) in which some users are not getting any results when performing searches via the Spotlight Search (magnifying glass icon) or the search bars throughout the website.

 

The RSA Link administrators are working closely with the Lithium JX support team to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
