IssueThis article explains on how to resolve the following error presented when an external LDAP user with super admin privileges is unable to assign a token to user

CauseAt this time the exact cause has not yet been determined.
Workaround

Steps



  1. Login to the Security Console with a super admin user from the internal database.
  2. Navigate to Identity > Users > Manage Existing and search for the user facing the issue.
  3. Click on the user for the context menu and choose SecurID Tokens > Assign More.
  4. Assign a token from the unassigned list of tokens.
