He has over twelve years of experience as an Archer Certified Consultant implementing Risk and Compliance programs and solving many complex business solutions for Fortune 100 Clients.

Brian O'Connor, Esq., CIPP/US, is Senior Privacy Counsel and Compliance Manager at Dell Inc. where he is responsible for the development and implementation of data privacy and anti-corruption policies, programs, compliance, and training. Brian advises various Dell business units on privacy laws, conducts privacy impact assessments, and manages cybersecurity incidents.
Previously, Brian was Chief Security and Privacy Officer at the Eastman Kodak Company, where he was responsible for data privacy and information security programs, and directed Kodak’s Corporate Security Organization. Brian holds degrees from Tufts University and New York University School of Law and is a Certified Information Privacy Professional.
