Implementing an effective governance, risk, and compliance program can be a costly and time-consuming effort: Hardware, software, and the active engagement of a lot of people in the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd lines of defense.  Before implementing a program and periodically throughout the life of the program, the question always arise: What’s the return on investment (ROI)?

Join us as we discuss where you can expect to see a positive return and the underlying drivers of positive ROI with your GRC program. We will also present a template that you can use to assess your GRC program’s ROI

Whether you have a small GRC program or a large one, or are just thinking about starting one up, you will find this presentation very helpful in answering the question: what’s the return on investment?
