Ask 5 people what threat hunting is, and you'll get 6 different answers, because when it comes to threat hunting, it's still the Wild West. 

This virtual workshop will cut through all of the nonsense and give you real world practical knowledge of why threat hunting is a critical part of any security program.


  • You’ll hear from our experts who will be on hand to give you an introduction to threat hunting, and show you the latest and greatest RSA products and features, and walk you through various threat hunting methodologies.
  • We'll discuss tactics and techniques used by world class hunters around the globe, and give you a framework for getting analysts started, regardless of skill level. Don’t sweat it if you feel overwhelmed, our experts will be on hand virtually to help walk through each scenario in detail so everyone walks away with a solid grasp of the value of the hunt.
  • Then, we’ll let you take things into your own hands with several "hands on" scenarios that will let apply some of the techniques discussed during the session. 
  • Your final challenge will be to test your hacking skills with a remote exercise that you will have 72 hours to complete.  You’ll be competing against other workshop participants for CPE credits, the opportunity to win a prize, and the title of “Threat Hunter”

VIRTUAL WORKSHOP FOCUS: Cyber Threat Hunting Methodologies and Exercises using Security Tools

RECOMMENDED AUDIENCE: This is an educational and hands on workshop. Knowledge of network protocols is required. This workshop is for seasoned threat hunting professionals and is not recommended for beginners.
 CPE CREDITS: This workshop is eligible for 6 CPE credits – 2 for attending the virtual session, and the full 6 credits if the challenge is completed.


The hands-on exercises will utilize attendees’ devices.
