We have added 2 members to a newly created business role. Next supervisors rejected "Add User To Role" Change Items in the CRs.
- In user changes, we see the users are rejected (Picture 1)
- In account changes, we see "add app-role to account" items are rejected BUT "Create Account" items are still open (Picture 2)
- Also in fulfillment phase we see "Create Account" items are sent to fulfillment. (Picture 3)
Is this a bug?
