I am looking to download the patch file for RSA Authentication Manager 8.3 Patch 5. The email I was originally sent by RSA says I am not authorized to access the file.....?

Alternatively, from the RSA Customer Support page, click on Ask A Question on the blue navigation bar and choose Ask A Product Related Question. From there, scroll to RSA SecurID Access and click Ask A Question. That way your question will appear in the correct space.

Please note that Authentication Manager 8.3 patch 5 was pulled earlier this week and replaced with Authentication Manager 8.3 Patch 6. You can download the patch from the RSA Authentication Manager 8.3 Patch 6 - Update Download page.
