Lost token
User forgot token, needs to Log onto MetaFrame server
Resolution
To bypass RSA SecurID authentication for a session, follow these steps:
NOTE: You must be logged in as administrator or have administrative rights
1. Start Citrix Connection Configuration
2. Select a session
3. Select Advanced Session
4. Check the Use Default Authentication box and click OK to save the changes
