Issue
RSA Authentication Manager Bulk Administration 1.5 (AMBA) reports the following message: 
Error 2004: Unable to communicate with server Access Denied
Command exited with non-zero status 1

 
Cause
In this instance the RSA Authentication Manager Bulk Administration 1.5 (AMBA) is using the command line option --ini <inifile> in a customized batch job and the super admin User ID and password have been set as parameters in the <inifile> file. Over time the authentication manager password policy has forced a change for the password of this super admin User ID and AMBA is using an older password, which is no longer valid.
Resolution
Replace the <inifile> where the correct super admin password is configured.
