This KB Article provides instructions on modifying the redirection URL of the 'Help' icon within the Prime's Help Desk Admin Portal.

Resolution
1. Login to the Prime server. 

2. Navigate to /opt/rsa/primekit/configs/hdap/config and edit the lap.properties: 
vim /opt/rsa/primekit/configs/hdap/config/lap.properties

3. Locate the 'ssp.help.url' and edit the URL:

4. Restart the AMIS and HDAP services: 

service tomcat-amis restart

service tomcat-hdap restart
