Collection Data Pre-Processing takes longer and longer to complete in RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle

Issue
Over time IDC and ADC collections take longer and longer to complete. In the RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle user interface under Admin > Monitoring > Run ID > the task that takes so long is the Data Pre-processing task.. A system reboot of the RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle application server resolves the issue temporarily but soon the collection times start increasing again. 

In the following example, an ADC that once took less than a minute to complete now takes two hours. Most of that time is spent in the Data Pre-processing task.

Cause
This is a known issue reported in engineering ticket ACM-91721.
Resolution
This issue is resolved in RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 7.1.0 P05.

 
Workaround
Reboot the RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle application server.
