Comments from a reassigned review Item are not displaying in email in RSA Via Lifecycle and Governance

Issue
The review reassign or delegation comment is not being rendered in emails. The variable $reviewItemsDelegatedComments is named incorrectly and should be changed to $reviewItemDelegatedComments. Note the S in Items is removed.

Correct the variable in the following email templates:
  • ReviewItemsDelegationEvent, 
  • ReviewItemsRemoveEvent, and
  • UnassignedReviewItemsReassignEvent.
Resolution
The templates will be corrected in a future release of RSA Via Lifecycle and Governance.
Workaround
You can correct the variable name by changing it from $reviewItemsDelegatedComments to $reviewItemDelegatedComments. You can either edit the variable name directly in the template or regenerate the variable in the template editor. Templates can be found and edited in the user interface under Admin > Email under the Templates tab.
