Critical System Event Types
Critical system event notifications alert administrators to undesirable conditions in the deployment. This allows administrators to resolve a condition before it becomes a problem. You use the Security Console to enable email notifications when the following events occur.
Event Type | Notification Cause |
Backup Events | A new backup is needed because a backup was not made during the past 7 days, or a scheduled backup is unsuccessful. For more information about Back Up Now, see Create a Backup Using Back Up Now. For more information about scheduled backups, see Create a Backup Using Schedule Backups. |
Identity Source Connection Events | An identity source directory is unavailable. For more information about identity sources, see Add an Identity Source. |
Low Disk Space Events | Disk space is below 5 GB. |
RADIUS Configuration Events | RADIUS configuration is unsuccessful during Quick Setup, attach, hostname change, or IP address change. |
Realm Certificate Removal Events | Realm certificate removal during hostname change is unsuccessful. |
Replication Events | The replication status has changed, for example, a replica instance replication status changes to out of sync. |
| Archive Audit Logs Events | A scheduled log archive job is unsuccessful. |
| RSA Cloud Authentication Service Events | The status of communication with Cloud Access Service (CAS). |
Low Token Supply Events | The number of available tokens will be less than the specified minimum number in the number of days that you have configured. Available tokens are tokens that are not assigned or expired. You can select the type of token to track, and enter the number of tokens and days. RSA Authentication Manager provides token usage statistics. For more information about token usage statistics, see View Token Statistics. |
