This is a known issue in the following versions:
- RSA Governance & Lifecycle 7.5.2
- RSA Governance & Lifecycle 8.0, 8.0 P01, 8.0 P02
The Custom Display View selection is not retained (is not displayed in the UI) in the review.
In the Review definiton, the Custom Display View is correctly selected to be displayed as default display view.
After the review is generated, the custom view does not appear in the results.
If you edit the review (from Review > Results > General > Edit Definition) and modify the custom display view to display, it does in the same run.
The issue happens with Role Reviews but not with User Access Reviews.
The following is the an example of the issue:
In the Review Results page, if you click Edit Review > Display Options: Select the Custom View and press OK. In the same run, the Custom View will appear correctly:
This is a known defect.
