Monitoring or queries on the RSA Data Protection Manager's internal database.
Resolution
RSA does not publish the database schema used by RSA Data Protection Manager appliance or server, nor any changes that RSA may make to it from time to time.  The database schema is subject to change without notice when new releases and patches are published.

Any direct access to the database is unsupported, except when done under the specific advice of RSA, such as during troubleshooting for a support case.

If you have a requirement to directly query the database for any reason, contact RSA Support who can advise you if there is a supported alternate method to achieve what you need.
