Disable a Token in the User Dashboard
When you disable a token, the assigned user can no longer use the token to authenticate. You might choose to disable a token if a user is out of the office for an extended period of time.
Procedure
In the Security Console, go to the Home page.
Use Quick Search to find the user.
Select the user whose token you want to disable.
Under Assigned SecurID Tokens, click the token you want to disable.
Click Disable.
- When prompted, click Disable Token(s).
