Issue
The online documentation for the Application Metadata Collector configuration shows attributes available for collection that are missing from the Application Metadata Collector definition in RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle. The missing attributes are:
  • Exception Manager
  • Backup Business Owner
  • Backup Technical Owner
To see the documented attributes, in the user interface, go to the Online Help (question mark at the far right) > Contents > Onboarding Data Sources and Data > Managing Data Collection > Configuring Data Collectors > Application Metadata Collector Configuration.

Note that the three attributes are missing from the Application Metadata Collector definition:

Resolution
The Backup Business Owner and Backup Technical Owner are managed attributes and cannot be collected. To see these attributes go to Admin > Attributes > Business Source tab.

The Exception Manager is called the Violation Manager in the Application Metadata Collector definition. Go to Collectors > App Metadata Collectors > Create App Metadata Collector.
