Issue
When downloading the Client Keystore for the AFX Server from the user interface in RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle (AFX > Servers > {Server name} > Download Keystore button), an HTTP 404 error occurs, the Keystore is unable to be downloaded, and the AFX Server will not start.
A subsequent attempt to download the AFX Server Archive results in a 0-byte archive file.
Cause
Resolution
Regenerate the Client Certificate.
- In the user interface go to AFX > Servers > {Server name} > Change Certificate button.
2. Once the Client Certificate has been changed, the download of the Client Keystore completes without error and the AFX Server Archive will download successfully.
IMPORTANT: If you use remote collection agent(s), the new client certificate must be downloaded for each agent.
