Issue
When a tabular report is scheduled to run and be sent as an email attachment in either .csv (Comma Separated Values - data & headers) or .xlsx (Excel Spreadsheet) format, the column headings are duplicated in the report. No data is reported under the duplicated column headings. This is not true when the report is manually run or when the report results are saved and downloaded. This is only true for report results attached to emails (which is an option only available when reports are scheduled to run.)

As an example, here is a very simple report with one column header. Note the email attachment is defined as a csv file:

User-added image

User-added image

The report results show one column header as expected:
User-added image

When the report results are saved and the data is exported to a csv file, there is also one column header as expected:
User-added image

When the report results are attached to an email and exported to a csv file, two column headers appear on the report and the duplicate column header has no data:
User-added image
Cause
This is a known defect specific to csv and Excel spreadsheet exports reported in ACM-93688.
Resolution
This issue is fixed in 7.0.2 P12, 7.1.0 P05, and 7.1.1 P01.

Workaround
Avoid csv and Excel report formats as email attachments.
