Issue
The installation of the RSAMMCSETUP-8.6.0.0.0 fails with the following error:

"Setup has detected that this computer does not meet the requirements to install this software.  The following blocking issues must be resolved before you can install Microsoft Visual C++ x64 Redistributable Setup software package.

Please resolve the following - A newer version of Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable has been detected on the machine."

Resolution
  1. Uninstall previous version of MMC installed on the system 
  2. Reboot the machine 
  3. Install the RSAMMCSETUP-8.6.0.0.0, it should now succeed without any errors/issues.
