Escalation Workflow "Reviewer Reassign" transferring review items to new reviewers only and the current reviewers are removed in RSA Governance & Lifecycle

Issue
When Configuring Escalation Workflow: Reviewer Reassign By selecting Reviewer & Reviewer Supervisor under Resources tab for Reassign Node,

It was expected that Review Items that already assigned been to Reviewer would be assigned to Reviewer and Reviewer Supervisor once escalation workflow is triggered but instead the Review Items were assigned to "Reviewer Supervisor" only and were unassigned from the Reviewer.
Cause
Workflow was reassigning the items to other resources and marking them unassigned from the Reviewer when reviewer was added into reassign to list.
Resolution

Enhancement was done to check the reassigning user list and if Reviewer is in the list, we are considering it transfer, so all the items will be shared with Reviewer as well as other resources.

The behavior has been changed in the following versions to collect unique entitlements. 

  • SecurID Governance & Lifecycle 7.5.2 P09
  • RSA Governance & Lifecycle 8.0.0 P02
