Exciting myRSA changes coming soon - A modern user interface focusing on customer experience
5 months ago

RSA is excited to announce the upcoming launch of the next phase of the myRSA and Enrollment Portal platforms, planned for November 12, 2025. This release marks a significant step in our multi-phase roadmap to modernize and scale our customer-facing systems.

In order to implement this change, there will be some impact on orders:
Any order placed between 5pm EST on Thursday, November 6th, and 9am EST on Wednesday, November 12th, will be paused from being processed and fulfilled. Once the cutover has completed, any order placed within that time frame will be automatically processed and fulfilled as normal.

During the maintenance window, the myRSA and Enrollment Portal websites may become temporarily unavailable for a brief period of time. If you encounter issues accessing either website, please try again later and accessibility should be restored.

What's the value?

  • A modernized platform built on industry-leading technology for long-term scalability and reliability
  • A simplified, intuitive interface that reduces complexity and improves your experience when retrieving the RSA software, licenses, and/or seed media needed to support your organization’s mission
  • Enhanced navigation and usability
  • Continuous iteration of new features and enhancements

What's changing?

  • The myRSA (my.rsa.com) website has been redesigned to provide a more intuitive experience with simpler navigation and a more modernized foundation.
  • The RSA Registration Portal (also known as the Enrollment Portal) has also been redesigned to be more user-friendly and intuitive, and to provide more descriptive error messages if a registration attempt fails.
  • The URL of the RSA Registration Portal will be changing from its current address to better align with the other RSA customer/partner applications.

What's staying the same?

  • The URL for myRSA (my.rsa.com) will remain the same.
  • End-users who already have access to myRSA will not need to re-register for access or update their account password.
  • End-users will continue to see the same accounts and resources (e.g., downloads, orders, etc.) within myRSA that they could access on the previous platform.

If you experience any issues after the new platforms are live, please contact RSA Support for assistance.

Thank you for your cooperation as we work together to improve this critical touchpoint between you and RSA.

Best,
Team RSA
