Export of reports to a .csv file are blank in RSA Via Lifecycle & Governance 6.9.1 P12

Issue
When exporting reports in .csv format after applying P12 to RSA Via Lifecycle & Governance 6.9.1, the exported report is blank without having any content in it. 
  1. Navigate to Reports > Tabular and select a report.

  1. Once you see the information about the report in the screen, click on Export and select .csv format to save the file.

  1. The exported .csv file will not have any information in it.​​​

Cause
This is a bug in L&G version 6.9.1 P12. The exported report will not have any content in it.
Resolution
This issue is resolved in L&G 6.9.1 P13. Follow the same steps after upgrading to V6.9.1 P13 and you will be able to see the exported .csv report has the same content as seen in the User Interface before exporting the report.

To get the patch from SCO,L kindly follow the steps in KB article 000030147.

The steps to apply the patch are available in the release notes that is downloaded along with the patch from SCOL.
