Windows Shared Folder Connection Error During Upgrade/Backup

Issue

When a user attempts to test the connection to their configured Windows Shared Folder from the Operations Console, the test fails with: mount error(22): Invalid argument Refer to the mount.cifs(8) manual page (e.g. man mount.cifs) and kernel log messages (dmesg)

The Advanced Status View shows:

The following errors occurred:
Failed to mount the Windows share.
Current Status
[INFO] Mounting device CIFS to /tmp/rsa_update/cifs_root.
[INFO] mount error(22): Invalid argument Refer to the mount.cifs (8) manual page (e.g. man mount.cifs) and kernel log messages (dmesg)
[ERROR] Mounting failed with exit code 32.
[DEBUG] Failed to mount with SMB version 3.0. Retrying with SMB version 2.1

Cause

The Windows password used contains special characters that are not accepted through the Operations Console.

Resolution

-Try simpler passwords with other special characters (Ex: Support1!)
- Make sure no special characters are included in middle of password either
