Failure to map other accounts collected by MAADC, Only the first collected account is mapped in RSA Governance & Lifecycle

This is a known issue in the following versions.
- RSA Governance & Lifecycle 7.5.2 P06
Issue
- While trying to collect data using Multi-App Account Collector on 7.5.2 P06, only the first collected account is mapped and other accounts are rejected with the below error message,
EC[251] Context[RunID=200, ADC(Name=MAADC Test Collector, ID=67)] Message[Reference resolutions failed.]
