Form's "Hide if empty" Checkbox Hides Populated Table in RSA Governance & Lifecycle

Issue
When the "Hide table if empty" checkbox is checked; the field doesn't show even if the table contains values.
This can occur for either old (migrated/ imported) and newly created forms.
It can be confirmed when presents itself using pressing "Debug Form".
Cause
This is a known defect.
Resolution
This issue is resolved in the following versions:
- RSA Governance & Lifecycle 8.0.0 P07 and later versions/ patches.
Workaround
Set the cacheEmptyTableMetric custom setting to false in the UI under Admin → System -> Edit button.
