Configure RSA Cloud Authentication Service

1. Enable My Page SSO by accessing the RSA Cloud Administration Console > Access > My Page > Single Sign-On (SSO). Ensure it is enabled and protected using two-factor authentication - Password and Access Policy.                                                                                      
2. On the Applications > Application Catalog page, search for GoToWebinar and click Add to add the connection.                            
3. On the Basic Information page, enter a name for the configuration in the Name field and click Next Step.                                              
4. On the Connection Profile page, click the IdP-initiated option.                                                                                                                 
5. For providing Service Provider details:
   1. Select Import Metadata and click Choose File.  
   2. Select the file that is downloaded from the Service Provider.  
   3. Click the URL to download Default LogMeIn metadata - https://authentication.logmeininc.com/saml/sp.                                      
6. ACS URL and Service Provider Entity ID values are auto-populated. Replace the auto-populated ACS URL with the GoToWebinar-specific ACS URL as - https://authentication.logmeininc.com/saml/global.gotowebinar.com/acs.                                                                                                                                                                    The SP signs SAML requests checkbox is selected by default.                                                                                                                       
7. In the SAML Response Protection section, choose IdP signs assertion within response.
8. Download the certificate by clicking Download Certificate.                                                                                                                        
9. Click Show Advanced Configuration.
10. Under the User Identity section, configure Identifier Type and Property. For example, Identifier Type: Auto Detect and Property: Auto Detect.                                                                                                                                                             
11. Choose your desired Access Policy for this application and click Next Step > Save and Finish.                                                            
12. On the My Applications page, click the Edit drop-down icon and select Export Metadata to download the metadata.                         
13. Click Publish Changes. Your application is now enabled for SSO.                                                                                                               

Configure GoToWebinar

1. Log on to GoToWebinar Goto Organization center - https://organization.logmeininc.com/.
2. On the Email domains tab, click Add a domain.                                                                                                                                       
3. Enter the email domain for which you are enabling SSO in RSA and click Next.                                                                                       
4. Complete the verification steps and click Verify.                                                                                                                                       
5. On the Identity provider tab, select Upload SAML metadata file in the How would you like to configure your SAML IDP? drop-down list and upload the metadata file downloaded RSA.
6. Click Save.
