HTTP 404 or HTTP 405 error when using Integrated Windows Authentication (IWA) with the RSA SecurID Access Cloud Authentication Service

Cause
Resolution
- Log in to the Cloud Administration Console as a super administrator.
- Go to Users > Identity Providers.
- Edit the IdP for Integrated Windows Authentication.
- Select Connection Profile tab on the left of the page.
- Check the format of the URL specified in the Issuer URL field. The correct format for the Issuer URL field is given on the online help page to Add Integrated Windows Authentication as an Identity Provider.
