Issue
Hosted AWS Clients that have had a previous archer login with SSO on that same day will not be able to login using the manual by-pass drop down feature as it will state incorrect credentials upon entering the user correct credentials.
Cause
Workaround
3 Options for workaround :
Option 1.) Use a different browser and clear the cache/cookies so it loses the cache from the SSO Token used previously.
Option 2.) Use the Web Browser in Private mode or Incognito Mode.
Option 3.) If Vanity URL was being used revert to the generic URL - https://grcb.archer.rsa.com (Or if this URL was being used and not the Vanity revert to using the Vanity URL for manual login)
