Issue
Starting in RSA Identity Governance and Lifecycle 7.0.1 the ability to turn Auditing on or off has been added to the product.

Additionally, if auditing is enabled, specific audit events may be enabled or disabled from being logged. This article explains how to use these new features.

 
Resolution
In the User Interface, under System, notice there is a new tab called Audit. This is where you turn Auditing on and off as well as enable or disable specific audit events.
