How to access the Notifications Icon in IE11 when browsing RSA Identity Governance & LifecycIe

Issue
When accessing RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle from a Microsoft Internet Explorer 11 (IE11), the Notifications icon seems to be hidden behind the Help icon in the upper right corner making it impossible to click on the Inbox button.
 
Resolution
Remove RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle from the Compatibility View in IE11. To do this, follow the steps below:
  1. Open your IE11 browser.
  2. Click the Cog Icon to open the IE Tools selections.
  3. Select Compatibility View Settings from the drop-down.
  4. If your site is in the field labeled Websites you've added to Compatibility View, click the site for your RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle system that is experiencing this issue, and click Remove to remove your site from the list.
  5. Click Close.
  6. Access your RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle site, and you should see that the Notifications inbox icon is not hidden anymore and you can now click it and access your system notifications.

If the above does not work, try unchecking the Display intranet sites in Compatibility View check box above.
