Issue
-Unable to login to the Operations Console, but can access the Security Console.
-User would like to change the Operations console password.
Resolution
This could be done directly from the Security Console:

1-Log in as Superadmin.
2-Go to Administration tab > Manage OC Administrators.
3- Click on "Change Password".
