This RSA Knowledge Base Article explains how to change the AveksaAdmin password in RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle.
 
Resolution
To change the AveksaAdmin password, log into RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle as the AveksaAdmin user and navigate to Admin > System > Settings tab > Edit. Here you have the option to change the password, force a password reset and/or add an email address for the AveksaAdmin user.
