Issue
This article provides steps to configure an Identity Data Collector in RSA Identity Management and Governance 6.9.1 to collect from a .csv file with pipe separated values
Resolution
To configure the Identity Data Collector with the Database data source type and 'CSV' DB type to collect from pipe (|) separated values instead of comma (,) separated values, you need to append the text _CSV_Separator=|;  to the URL of the Database Connection page.

To edit the URL of the of the Database Connection page as shown here:
  1. Navigate to Collectors > Identity Collectors and select Collector Name. 
  2. On the General tab, click Edit to edit the selected Identity Collector.
  3. On the Collector Description page, click Next.
  4. On the Database Connection page, append the text _CSV_Separator=|;  to the URL.
  5. Click Finish to save the changes made.
