Issue
This RSA Knowledge Base Article describes how to make Custom Account Attributes that have been defined under the Admin > Attributes > Account tab available for selection when defining Account Resolution Rules for an Account Collector in RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle.
 
Resolution
Only collected custom attributes which are mapped in the collector definition will be available for selection in the Account Resolution Rules drop-down menu. In the user interface go to Collectors > Account Collectors > {Collector Name} > Edit > Next > Account Attribute section) and map an attribute to the custom attribute field.

EXAMPLE:
 
In the following example, three account attributes have been created:

The attributes are available for mapping in the Account Collector definition:

Mapped custom attributes appear in the Account Resolution drop-down menu:

NOTE: Sub-group Resolution Rules resolve against the Group collected and mapped attributes.
