Issue
Users may still have access to entitlements for an application that is decommissioned and is no longer in use.  This article provides steps on how to remove those entitlements from user access in bulk.
Resolution
Delete the account and the entitlement collectors associated with that application by clicking the Delete button available in the upper right of the screen when you open the application.

This will delete all the entitlements, entitlements mappings ,accounts and account mappings collected from those collectors.
