The /tmp/aveksa-install.log has the following error:

Cause
ORA-01017: invalid username/password; logon denied
The default password for the oracle user and/or root user was changed. Although this is allowed, the installation expects the original oracle and root user default passwords.
Resolution
- Restore the default password for the oracle and root users.
- Attempt the installation again.
- Once the installation is successful, the passwords for the oracle and/or root user can be changed.
