Issue
The RSA Authentication Agent 7.4.3 for Windows queries Microsoft Active Directory (AD) through a Microsoft API to determine AD group membership when the RSA Authentication Agent is configured to require SecurID authentication for a subset of users.
Cause
In some environments, that query intermittently failed but the RSA Authentication Agent did not handle that failure.  As a result, the RSA Authentication Agent did not correctly determine whether or not to challenge the user.
Resolution
RSA Authentication Agent 7.4.3.166 for Windows fixes this issue.  Download the SHA256 value from RSA_Authentication_Agent_7.4.3.166.zip.sha256.rtf.
