Intermittent high CPU usage effecting overall performance in RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 7.x when using Password Management

Issue
Intermittently, RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle experiences high CPU usage which severely degrades system performance.  Symptoms include:
  • The Admin > Monitoring > Memory Usage > Heap usage shows at nearly 100%:

Cause
This is a known defect when Password Management is enabled. Inefficient queries were looping through large numbers of accounts and executing multiple queries per loop when resolving accounts that have no password history. 
Resolution
Fixed in 7.0.2 P14, 7.1.0 P07, and 7.1.1 P01.
