Issue
Intermittently, RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle experiences high CPU usage which severely degrades system performance. Symptoms include:
- The Admin > Monitoring > Memory Usage > Heap usage shows at nearly 100%:
- The top command shows > 500% CPU utilization:
- The top H command shows several Java threads at 100% CPU usage:
