June 24 UPDATE: Update on the Release of the SecurID 3.0 app

Dear Customers,

The SecurID team has identified issues causing the token import problems that were reported by a small number of SecurID 3.0 app users. The majority of users are not affected. However, we have temporarily paused automatic downloads of the app while we work on fixes for these issues.

Tokens that were imported using previous versions of the SecurID Software Token app are not affected and continue to function normally. Users who have already downloaded the SecurID 3.0 app and are not having problems can continue to authenticate.

The SecurID team will update this advisory with more information as soon as it is available.
